The couple were seen walking out of the former Fox News host's Central Park apartment for a night out at Rosa Mexicano in Manhattan on Monday.
Kimberly, 49, donned an all-black ensemble that featured tight leather leggings, a flowing long-sleeved top, and matching Christian Louboutin heels.
Don Jr opted for brighter colors with a hot pink Polo shirt and a pair of jeans, appearing to show off a fuller figure as they headed off for dinner.
It appears Don Jr has given up time at his beloved CrossFit for more dates with the former Fox News host.
Before and right after announcing his divorce to Vanessa Trump, Don Jr's Instagram began to fill with pictures and snaps of his daily sweat sessions.
Don Jr often posted pictures of both himself and his children at his gym, along with plenty of photographs of various hunting and hiking trip with his friends.
But those workout photos have become less and less frequent as Don Jr's profile fills with pictures of him and Kimberly smiling at various events and date nights together.

And Don Jr has also been spotted writing sappy comments on her pictures and fending off other men vying for his girlfriend's attention.
